Every product is made from freshly harvested fruits
and vegetables
from the farms of Punjab and processed in
technologically advanced processing plants.
PAJL has set up state-of-the-art facilities, with machinery procured from CFTSPA Italy to process large quantities of fruits and vegetables.
- The machinery can process up to 20 tonnes of citrus fruit per hour and up to 10 tonnes per hour of other fruits and vegetables.
- The Cold storage and deep freezer have a capacity of 1000 MT at each plant.
- The plants have the in-built capacity of handling and processing a variety of fruits and vegetables with the quick changeover from one fruit/vegetable to another like Mango, Kinnow, Guava, Pear, Melons, Amla, Aloe Vera, Tomato, Bitter Gourd, Jamun etc.
- Aseptic packaging of fruit and vegetable extracts ensures that they are fresh all through the process and stored under ambient conditions.
All products are packed in 200 Litre Asceptic Bags in Mild Steel Drums.The product have a shelf-life upto 24 months.

Red Chilli Paste is exported in 1100 Kg Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC Tanks) & in 200 Litre Asceptic Bags in Mild Steel Drums.
